Victorian Entertainments:
First thing I set out in doing was understanding the exhibition that I would be producing for, I gained an idea of the entertainments that I would be covering and the themes and colours I would use.
My research lead me to discover a Victorian magician John Nevil Maskelyne, John Nevil Maskelyne was an English stage magician and inventor of various Victorian-Era inventions.
This lead my research into his inventions of automaton drawing machines.
In order to create the brochure, I will be researching various different entertainments, including the Victorian era's strongman
After gaining some inspiration I attempted to make a start on the background images I would be using, initially I was going to use a scrunched up piece of paper, however gained the understanding that the image I had chosen (below) would not fit my Victorian Theme.
After discovering this was not suitable I set out to find another background image.
